Unlike other common brands of castings, the battery terminal clamps are machined from 6061 aluminum. In addition to high precision, it also has high toughness and good corrosion resistance.
Description as following:
1) To neatening up wire installation and clean up cluttered battery terminals;
2) Coming in pairs (one positive, one negative; both of them are same size) (+/-);
3) 12-Way connectors: 6 x hole-holders and 6 x threaded studs.
a) The 6-hole holders exactly to hold 00 (2/0) AWG welding cable, and also can hold other gauge cables:1/0AWG, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, 6 AWG, 8 AWG and so on, but the size of holders are bigger than the above-mentioned gauges (Cable wire to be coiled couple times and tighten to match 2/0AWG).
b) 6 x threaded studs to connect ring terminals (cable lugs); the size of studs are 8mm to be suitable for the following eyelet of ring terminals: 1/2”, 3/8” and 5/16”；or 12mm, 10mm, 8mm.
c) The above-mentioned ring terminals (cable lugs) to crimp large-scale gauge cables as following: 4/0(XL) AWG, 4/0AWG, 3/0AWG, 2/0AWG, 1/0AWG, 2AWG, 4AWG, 6AWG,8AWG and so on.
Application for Following Batteries:
Battery Type: Lithium and Lead Acid Batteries (AGM, GEL, WET, MF and CA/CA);
Battery Post Type: Bolt Down Ends or Threaded Stud;
Remark: Bolt Down Ends including Top Post and Side Post.
Post Size: M8 or 5/16”-18;

Attention:
1)Please make confirmation on post size before placing order, which is variety, like 3/8”-16, 5/16”-18, 1/4”-20, M10, M8, M6, M5, M4, all of them are available in our store.
2)Terminals to be coming in pairs; both of them are same size.
3)Please order as per positive post size, because negative is less than positive normally, if both of them size is different, and to get bolt and nut for negative post by customer.
Installation Guideline:
How to install terminal:
1. Choose correct size of bolt and nut (mm or inch due to difference on thread spacing);
2. Not to mix up mm and inch screw/ nut after open poly package;
3. Screw down studs to bolt down end battery（please keep length of stud enough to tighten down terminal）, then put flat washer first, if mounting base size is too small (it’s necessary, or can not tighten down terminal);
4. Remark: step 3&4&5 are also application for threaded studs battery;
5. Continue to put terminal, another flat washer, spring washer one by one, then tighten down nut;
6. Step 3&4 is application for cup head bolt;
7. To increase or decrease quantity of flat washer to tighten down terminal.
How to connect wire:
1. Unscrew;
2. Insert wire into hole-holder, then tighten down screw;
3. To do so as the above for the rest 5 holders;
